Hello to everyone as part of the BAPP community. I am pleased to be joining you all this year.
I am Angela Woodhouse, Senior Lecturer in Dance (Choreography) at Middlesex University. I am also a choreographer with a particular interest in collaborative practice, and make work across, theatre, gallery and site contexts. Most recently I have been touring a work called (Un)touched in collaboration with artist Nathaniel Rackowe and have created a digital work using thermal imaging cameras called Thermal Duets in collaboration with artist and long term collaborator Caroline Broadhead. More can be found here www.angelawoodhouse.co.uk
I look forward to sharing my work and discussing ideas with you all soon.
Dear BAPP students,
ReplyDeleteI hope you are all settling into your programme.
From the perspective of sharing practice, and myself as a dance artist who loves to wonder about what a choreographer may need to express ideas I have offered here some links that might stimulate some thoughts. Please do have a look and share your comments. You can also offer your own links to widen the debate (as one arises):
